Five modules, one way of working your team can apply to any problem, product or service: understand the people, frame the real problem, then generate and test ideas before committing to them.
Frame the Problem (Define)
You will be able to- Find the real problem behind the symptoms
- Write a clear problem statement the team can solve
Generate Ideas (Ideate)
You will be able to- Generate a wide range of ideas with your team, using structured techniques
- Narrow them to the ones worth pursuing
Prototype
You will be able to- Turn a chosen idea into a simple, testable prototype
- Use a business or process model to make it concrete
Testing
You will be able to- Put the prototype in front of real stakeholders
- Use honest feedback to improve the solution before it is built
