One company, from the first day to the last

You learn on Sahl, an Iraqi company that imports and sells robot vacuum cleaners and repairs them in its own workshops. You build its business model, read its accounts, analyse its after-sales work and write its business case, so every tool connects to the one before it.

Sahl is a teaching case written for Business 360; the company and its figures are fictional.

Then your team takes its own company

From Business Analysis on, each team chooses one of twelve companies by industry, from food manufacturing in Baghdad to hotels in Najaf, and keeps it into Project Management. Each comes with its profile, accounts, staff, the owner's notes and the documents an analyst would ask for.

How it runs

Agreed with your management: Scope and goals are set with the CEO or HR before it starts.
